ROCK Apartment Advisors Inc., Brokerage, is a commercial real estate firm with an exclusive focus on the apartment sector. Our specialty is in delivering institutional quality services to private capital owners and investors while representing buyers and sellers of apartment properties in the transaction process. Due to our singular focus on the apartment sector, we are able to effectively compile relevant market data and collectively understand multi-family markets. At ROCK, our interns help facilitate the research process whereby ROCK can maintain its position as a multi-family apartment leader.

The responsibilities of a ROCK intern include:

Research and locate apartment properties
Research and determine ownership of apartment properties
Participate in compilation of annual apartment market surveys
Assist Sales Team with disposition of apartment assets

This position requires a high-degree of interaction with apartment managers, investors, title companies, tax assessors, lenders and appraisers. It will provide great experience for a person who seeks to work in the commercial real estate sector, or for an undergraduate who seeks to gain valuable exposure to commercial real estate in a structured sales environment.

ROCK provides a competitive hourly wage in a friendly work environment. The ROCK Team will provide interns with a close-up look into the transaction process.
