Derek is known in the industry for his practical strategic solutions and proven industry specific techniques for increasing occupancy and asset value in the multi-residential industry. Derek is married with 3 daughters.

Mike Romanowitch, Broker of Record. Mike has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He has accumulated a wealth of diversified experience including sales, appraisals, managment, land development and construction. He is a member of both the Toronto Real Estate Board and a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is entitled to use the professional appraisal designation, CRA.

Val Stagg,Real Estate Sales Representative. Val has worked in Real Estate over the last 6 years as a Salesperson and in Administration in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Val has a broad range of experience from work at Nortel Networks in Project Management, Systems Engineering, Customer Service as well as free-lance work in Multi-media. She is known for her dedication, drive, flexibility and broad range of skills. To complement her Realtor's licence, Val has a solid base of understanding from her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, B.A. in Music & Drama, both from Queen's University, as well as a Webmaster diploma.
